Bursting Strength Tester

Primarily determines the burst factor of incoming paper, and the bursting strength of corrugated board

 

Crush Tester

Estimates the

  • ECT of the corrugated board,
  • RCT of paper,
  • CCT & CMT of paper,
  • Flat crush of Corrugated Board,
  • Pin adhesion test.

 

Compression Strength Tester

For measuring the ability of corrugated boxes to resist external compressive loads.

 

Puncture Resistance Tester

Checks the energy required to force a puncture head through corrugated board.

 

Lab

The in house quality check lab is tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Inspection of incoming raw material
  • Quality assurance
  • Inspection of finished goods

 

Infrastructure

Located in the industrial township on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Sindhu Packaging is housed upon a sprawling 9,000 sft production area. It’s replete with state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities that include industry standard machinery such as

  • Carton Board heavy flat bed die punching machine
  • 4 bar cutting and creasing machine

Types Of Flutes

Flutes comes in sizes, known as flute profiles, ranging from A - flute (the largest) to F-flute and below (micro flutes). Larger flute profiles deliver greater vertical compression strength and cushioning. Smaller flute profiles provide enhanced structural and printing capabilities for retail packaging.

Sindhu Packaging provides corrugated sheets with below available flute profiles:

  • E-Flute: 1/16" thick, 90 flutes per linear foot
  • B-Flute: 1/8" thick, 47 flutes per linear foot
  • A-Flute: 1/4" thick, 33 flutes per linear foot

All the above machines work in perfect sync and harmony to execute any job, big or small with utmost efficiency.
